As a result of Faradays Mental Health Awareness training with “Mates in Mind” earlier this year and further progression around the issues of Mental Health support within the company, Faradays received an award from one of our prime clients Artelia Uk. The award was presented to Paul Johnson (Operations Director) in the recognition of Faradays proactive approach to Mental Health Awareness in the Construction Industry.

Going further Faradays will be holding a Mental Health Awareness Month starting on 1st of October 2018 where we will be launching an online guidance to everyone who needs help and support through our Social Media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Blogger and Faradays Website. With this campaign, we are hoping to give our readers, clients, and employees a simple guidance and support they need. In addition, we will be nominating senior level “Mental Health Champion” in order to give our employees guidance and support in Mental Health when needed.
With this campaign, Faradays is hoping to bring the awareness of Mental Health issues in the construction industry, educate, support and give an advice to our employees trying to minimise an impact that mental health issues can create to the business.
We believe that through this campaign we could make a massive change within the company and hopefully bring the awareness of Mental Health Issues within the industry.
