Health & Safety
Faradays are dedicated in ensuring the highest level of Health & Safety is provided to our customers and our employees.
Paul Johnson who leads our H&S initiative works closely with our independent Health & Safety specialist SOCOTEC, to oversee the Health & Safety from a project level right through to company’s Health & Safety culture and trends. Through ongoing training and tool box talks the Faraday’s team are continuously challenged on H&S issues which has resulted in higher standards whilst maintaining and promoting a “no blame” culture of reporting and logging H&S issues.
For us Health & Safety is an essential value and a key driving force behind improving the company. We constantly strive for new ways to improve our methods and ultimately a safer working environment for everyone.
Mental Health & Wellbeing
During a successful Mental Health and Wellbeing Campaign launched in 2019 we developed Faradays Mental Health Awareness Pledge to support our employee mental wellbeing.
Here at Faradays our aim is for the employees to feel they can be open about their mental health, and ask for support if they need it by creating an open environment where mental health is supported, understood and is free of judgment.
Faradays is carrying on raising mental health awareness within the company making sure our managers and staff are aware of mental health issues within the industry and are comfortable to have a conversation about mental health with anybody who asks for help or advice.
